How can I obtain an estimated date of delivery?

If you haven’t yet placed an order: Please add item(s) to your shopping cart. Once you have confirmed your shipping address, you may choose from a number of available shipping methods along with anticipated dates of delivery.

If you have placed an order: Please log in to this site and visit the “My Account” page. Select “Order History” from the left-hand navigation menu. You should then see all your orders along with shipping methods, tracking numbers, and the status of each. Customers can also obtain an update of their order in the "Order Status" section in the chatbox. If you are still unable to obtain the information you need, please contact us.
