  • Do you ship internationally?

    We do not ship internationally. However, international customers can place their orders for pickup and arrange their own shipping and customs documentation. Please note some items are restricted only to be sold in the U.S. market, and it might get canceled after placing the order.

    While we can ship smaller packages to PO boxes, we generally would not recommend doing so on more oversized orders.   • How long does free standard shipping take?

    Since we ship most orders from New York, orders usually arrive within 1-6 business days from the day your order was shipped. Your shopping cart will display an estimated delivery date based on the shipping address.
  • How soon will my order ship?

    In most cases, domestic orders placed before 2 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Thursday will ship on the same day. On Fridays, orders placed before 11 PM ET will ship the same day. Special orders and factory direct orders might have a longer lead time.
