I received an email that order was delivered but I can't find it. What do I do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Check with your neighbors if they received the item by mistake.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Contact UPS, FedEx, or USPS, to check delivery status.
